Terms of service

Quotes

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Most are prepared remotely from a satellite view of the property; if the property differs materially from what was visible, we may revise the quote before the first clean.

Regular cleans

Standard rounds run every four weeks, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm. Weather may occasionally shift a clean. You don't need to be home, but please ensure access (e.g. unlocked side gates) on your clean day.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of each clean, by bank transfer or Direct Debit (GoCardless). We are a cashless business.

Cancellations

You can pause or cancel your regular clean at any time — just let us know before your next scheduled visit.

Insurance

We hold public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage, report it to us as soon as possible.
