Our signature service
Window cleaning
A premium 4-weekly clean using our hot pure-water, reach-and-pole system. Hot purified water dissolves grime that cold systems leave behind, then dries naturally to a completely spot-free finish — no detergents, no smears, no residue for dirt to cling to. Upper floors are reached safely from the ground, so there are no ladders against your walls.

Purified water, heated. It cleans deeper than cold systems, works in all weather, and dries streak-free without a drop of detergent.

Glass panels
Every window thoroughly cleaned, leaving the glass completely streak-free and crystal clear on every single visit.

Vents and ledges built into or around your windows are wiped and cleaned, stopping dirt collecting and helping airflow too.

What is a first clean?
Your first clean is more than a standard wash — it's a deep clean that restores your windows, frames and sills to a high standard. We remove the built-up dirt, grime and weather marks that gather on windows that haven't been cleaned in a while, and that detailed reset makes every future maintenance visit more effective, keeping your windows looking their best.
To get that standard, we use a specialist professional-grade cleaner on the uPVC — formulated to lift years of ingrained grime and weather staining that ordinary washing leaves behind, while staying gentle on frames, seals and finishes.
Every first clean includes all PVC doors, frames and sills, with lower sills carefully wiped using a microfibre cloth. We can clean wooden windows too, as long as they're well painted and in good condition.
Gutter clearing
Blocked gutters don't just overflow — they push water into brickwork, rot fascias and cause damp inside the house. We clear moss, leaves and debris and make sure downpipes are running free, keeping rainwater flowing where it should and preventing expensive water damage.
Cleared by hand
We get up there and clear your gutters properly by hand — compacted moss, silt and rooted vegetation scooped out completely, not just loosened and left.
Downpipes unblocked
Clearing the gutter is only half the job. We check downpipes are flowing freely so the water actually gets away instead of backing up.

Fascias, soffits & gutter exteriors
White uPVC turns grey and green over time as traffic film and algae build up. Our restoration clean brings the whole roofline back to bright — and because clean uPVC is more reflective, it actively fights off algae regrowth.
1 · Pre-spray
Specialised cleaning solutions are applied to the soffits and fascia, breaking down the grime, algae and traffic film bonded to the uPVC.
2 · Agitate
The surface is worked with a brush, lifting dirt out of the textured plastic and the joints and clips a cloth can never reach.
3 · Gentle rinse
Everything is rinsed down with pure water to an immaculate, streak-free finish — no residue left behind.
Conservatory cleaning
Conservatory roofs are the first thing to green over and the last thing anyone wants to climb on. We clean roof panels, glass and frames gently and thoroughly — letting the light back in without putting seals, panels or uPVC at risk.
Careful by design
Soft washing methods and pure water only. Every effort is taken to avoid chemicals or techniques that could damage glass, seals or uPVC.
No pressure washing
We never put a pressure washer near conservatory glass — it forces water past seals and can wreck them. Gentle and thorough wins here.
Roof to base
Roof panels, glazing bars, glass, frames and sills — the whole structure cleaned, not just the easy-to-reach parts.
Pressure washing
