Who we are

Taylored Cleaning Services ("TCS Scotland", "we") is a window and exterior cleaning business operated by Benjamin Taylor. You can contact us at benjamin@tcsscotland.com.

What we collect and why

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address and property address. We use these solely to prepare your quote, respond to your enquiry, and — if you become a customer — to schedule cleans and take payment.

Payments

Payments are taken by bank transfer or by Direct Debit through GoCardless. GoCardless processes payment data under its own privacy policy; we do not store your bank details on this website.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies — see our cookie notice. You can opt out of personalised advertising via your Google and Facebook account settings.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your quote. Customer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email benjamin@tcsscotland.com and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
